  The last THREE visits to quest my lab slip wasnt on file. My doc says they hear this often. So I arrive fasting and have to call my doc and have them send again. REALLY? I would go elsewhere if it was possible. The actual blood draw was very good each time.

  For an unknown reason my labels weren’t able to print for my tubes. I was then told I wouldn’t be able to be helped unless I had a rec form that I could print out. Luckily I did on my phone from my MD that stated I could show to quest. The lab tech pushed me out the door and said I would need to go into the lobby and wouldn’t look for even a second that I did have lab orders and a rec form in case it was needed. It was not right the way I was treated. My labs were never drawn.
