  I used Home Instead following a shoulder surgery when I wasn’t able to fully care for myself. The most often care professional who came out to my house, Elaine, always went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. She is super. I would definitely use Home Instead again in the future if the need arises.

  After our 100 year old father fell, we needed help to keep up with his needs. Home Instead became our provider and they delivered. Alyssa came regularly and proved to be competent, caring and kind. She brought brightness and positive energy every day. Our confidence in Alyssa grew quickly and she definitely made our lives easier. Her relationship with Dad was warm and thoughtful. Carline came to us as an experienced care giver from Home Instead and quickly became a favorite of Dad’s. She developed a genuine rapport that was heartfelt and lovely to see. Carline made Dad feel comfortable in an easy going way, always attentive but never smothering. We knew Dad was in good hands. Dad recently passed and we want to express our gratitude for not only the services provided but for the people who demonstrated compassion and care in a very genuine and heart warming way. We will miss seeing Alyssa and Carline, thank you so much from our entire family

  Home Instead in Norwood provided exceptional care for my father, allowing him to remain in his own home — so important to his independence and happiness. Liisa and Dawn in the office coordinated care beautifully, and his caregivers — Taikai, Antoinette, Sharon, and Diane — were outstanding. They offered not only skilled support but also genuine kindness and companionship. Our family had peace of mind knowing he was safe, comfortable, and cared for by such a dedicated team.

  I am beyond grateful to have Margaret as a caretaker for my mother, who is living with dementia. From the moment she started, it was clear that she is not just a caregiver by profession, but truly has a calling for this work. Margaret treats my mother with the utmost kindness and compassion, as if she were her own family. What sets Margaret apart is her genuine care and concern. She goes above and beyond to ensure my mother is not only comfortable but also happy and engaged. Whether it’s through stimulating conversations, thoughtful activities, or just being a comforting presence, Margaret consistently finds ways to bring joy and peace into my mother’s days. I cannot express enough how comforting it is to know that my mother is in such capable and loving hands. Margaret is truly a gem, and we are so fortunate to have her as part of our family’s journey. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone in need of compassionate, dedicated care for their loved ones.

  I am writing this review about Home Instead in Norwood, Ma because I called them about one year ago for help with my mother she had taken a fall and I couldn't leave her along all day. They seemed very nice so I hired them after about 2 weeks I got a call from my mothers bank saying she had a charge on her bank card. So I asked from were; and they said from a place that sold hair extension. So I called the company that sold the hair extensions they told me someone placed a order on my mothers bank card. So I went to her home and found 2 jars of quarters missing also. So I call Home Instead and told them. The girl that was taking care of my mother went thought her pocket book and used her bank card to place that order and took her 2 jars of quarters. They didn't fire the girl put her on leave and they never called back to check on my mother. Don't trust them, I would never hire them again. (Up Date they did replace the money and called me back and I believe that they wouldn't if I didn't write this review) RESPONSE TO OWNER You can write what you want about how you screen your caregiver but you still failed for what happened to my mother. You are only writing your response to make your self look good. If I didn't write the review about your company you would have never contacted me or would I have got my mothers money back.
