  Great facility - clean and well organized with enough space to feel like you are not too close to other patients. The staff is very professional and welcoming. I worked with Pete who I would highly recommend. I will return to this location if needed in the future

  The entire team is amazing. Peter, Amy and Evelyn are so kind and knowledgeable. The therapy has helped me immensely. I would highly recommend this practice.

  The team at Baystate is top notch! Pete and Bethany are amazing! The PT assistant is also great. It’s a very nice practice. Very clean nice environment.

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Bethany and the entire team at Bay State Therapy. From the moment I walked in, I felt seen, heard, and genuinely cared for. Bethany is compassionate, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. She takes the time to listen without rushing and explains everything in a way that makes you feel informed and empowered. You can tell she truly loves what she does. The staff at Bay State Therapy are warm, welcoming, and organized. The environment feels safe, supportive, and respectful — which makes such a difference when you’re working on personal growth and healing. If you’re looking for a place where you will be treated with dignity, patience, and real care, I highly recommend Bethany and Bay State Therapy.
