  Terrible experience at AFC Norwood. Didn't provide the proper tests and now want to charge a second time for something that was already paid for. When I was there for the original tests the office closed before we were finished with the appointment. When I was leaving tho office every employee beet me to their cars and were out of the parking lot before I even started my car. The receptionist said today there was nothing in the notes about the conversation I had with the tech. But I guess leaving work is more important than finishing paperwork and getting the patient information entered correctly. I would look to one of the other Urgent Care providers if needed and stay away from this one.

  OUTSTANDING!!  Kudos to AFC Norwood. What a team. From my initial phone call to arrival and being seen by the provider it was exceptional. Immaculately clean in the back area the whole place. My first time here and I will never go to another urgent care. Thank you everyone for taking care of me and with such love. 💕

  Would not recommend. Made an appointment at this location specifically because they book appointment slots AND because they have an x-Ray on site. Arrived and was told the appointment time means nothing because it’s a walk-in clinic. Waited over 45 minutes. Once seen, was told their x-Ray machine is down (front desk never told us that, even though appointment booking noted concerns necessitating x-Ray). Medical Assistant and PA were great, but we will not return, as we now need to pay another place to do the x-rays.

  My name is Mark Lally. This is my wife’s phone. My visit went very well from the girl who checked me in at the desk. The nurse took my vitals and spoke to me in the doctor herself. Everyone was kind and polite and really cared about my well-being I thank you very much and appreciate the good service.

  Ended up in the hospital after being told UTI was negative and then it went to my kidneys. I know it’s not their fault as they use a urine test but I was told it would be sent to lab for culture but never received a call back. The staff was so kind and friendly but I’m only writing this if someone goes in for the same thing. I don’t want anyone to go through what I went through.
