  I’m so grateful for the service that Home Instead in Norwell provides, every staff member has been so compassionate, knowledgeable and kind, from Tess the care coordinator to Kevin who answers the phone in the Norwell office. My elderly mother, who has significant mobility issues, was matched with caregiver Angela. Angela shows up to each shift with my mother with patience, compassion and a positive attitude. It’s such a relief to know that my mother is in such good hands for those hours that they spend together. Home Instead also allows their caregivers to take clients out into the community in the caregiver’s vehicle, and my mother has really enjoyed going out for drives with Angela. I can’t recommend Home Instead enough, they provide excellent support to navigate the challenges of caring for an elderly family member.

  We have used Home Instead to help care for our elderly Aunt & Uncle and have been pleased with great service and excellent communication they provide. All the aides are good however Nicole is outstanding. We would have used her every day if it was possible.

  Cheryl and Deborah cared for my mom for a few months until she went into an assisted living facility. They were both wonderful!

  Home Instead is amazing and Trustworthy and dependable. We love our caregiver Marvia she is always on time and so helpful. I don’t know what I would do without her. Thank you.
