  I've had some bad experiences at quest, but this was my first time at this location. It was by far my best experience. I'm giving a 5 based on this experience alone and would only recommend this location (Northborough)

  The place is close to home, the clinic is very clean, The appointment worked very well. She checked all my informations and she was able to get my blood in the first time. They are very professional and very kind too. They keep you very comfortable in the procedure !

  Christine was great. Welcomed with a smile, and the process was painless, and very quick and easy. Extremely empathetic and kind, perfect job! Next time I come in for future bloodwork I will make a request to see her again. She made me and my grandmother feel very comfortable. Thanks, Christine! Just beware that most quest locations are short staffed and usually have only one person working so I would prepare to be a bit patient.

  Bad walk in experience. I used the kiosk and it said there was one person ahead of me and should be about a 60 minute wait. After waiting 2 hours I asked the to confirm if I was on the waiting list and she replied “I don’t know we are working on scheduled appointments first and I’ll check”. The staff member never let me know as she came out two separate times to call the names of other patients. I didn’t want to ask twice so I left. I just wanted an estimate on how much longer it would be so I could decide if making an appointment and coming back would be better since I had already wait 2+ hours. If this is how walk ins are treated, I recommend avoiding this location.

  The Northborough, MA Quest is the only one I will go to. They are so welcoming and treat me professionally and with care.
