When she returned home, she was weak and unable to care for herself. After a couple of days, my mother and I were so overwhelmed we needed help! The visiting nurses recommended we call Home Instead. I'm so glad we did. Within days we had the help we needed in a professional team of Care Pros who helped my grandmother every morning get ready and situated for the day. After only two weeks, she was back on her feet and back in action. I wouldn't hesitate to contact Home Instead again if my grandmother needs that level of care. Highly recommended.

Brenda Orellana in the billing department at Home Instead is excellent at helping to manage that process and goes out of her way to help ensure their clients are reimbursed, and in a timely manner. Despite that, Home Instead provided flexible, supportive and competent care to my mother. Makayla, Chantal and Helen especially were perfect caregivers and my family felt so lucky to have their help.
