  Switching to Apex Dental and seeing Dr. Gauthier about 10 months ago was the best decision I've made. Like many, I experience anxiety in the dental chair, but the team there is amazing. My treatment has been fantastic from start to finish. Dr. Gauthier is a very talented and caring Dentist you will not be disappointed.

  Don't go there. What they care about is money, not the health of your teeth. After a simple tooth cleaning, they charged me another $14 , then they started charge another $14 or every month. I also paid close to $9000 from my own pocket for my denture which is ugly and too dark. Even the height of the denture was not right resulting in grinding down other healthy teeth numerous time. They also refused to take a look of the crown which came off by saying that it is out of warranty period. Overall, their service quality is just so so, but their service charge-wise, they are the top in the world.

  The free consultation isn’t free, it doesn’t cover anything. They will ask you to pay for an exam (that doesn’t include a cleaning) then what is the consultation for/ what can it possibly result in? I called ahead to ask about these things and was told the initial appointment was no cost. I completely understand having to pay for X-rays but when I declined the cost they promptly ended the appointment- no explaining or discussing options, payment plan, etc which was shocking. They didn’t even hand me my jewelry back that I had taken off for the X-ray! I left without it because I was shocked at how I was being treated, I called multiple times afterwards to ask to leave it at the front desk with no response until someone finally called me back 15-20 minutes after I left. I feel it was misleading online and despite even calling in advance to avoid these issues occurred anyways. The staff were overall kind and the office is nice but want to share so others can be prepared.

  The absolute Best with a capital B. If you are looking to keep yor smile in the best condition this us the place. The staff, the entire staff are lovely and Dr. Gauthier is on a different level. My dentist is better than yours. Seriously I'm not kidding. Check out Apex you will not regret this choice.
