  Very hit or miss and when they miss they demand cash payment for non-reimbursable things they can't ask medicaid patients for.

They have seen us through all our grown children’s childhood sicknesses; cancer - twice; many common illnesses & some, not so common.   Jeff the pharmacy manager is extremely passive aggressive. He said I could call HQ for the district managers name. I just have a question about billing and why the same prescription is $200 more in Northampton than in Greenfield. *UPDATE* I called your district manager 3 times. Left 3 Voicemails and never heard back...
