  Everyone there was extremely nice and professional. I loved how doctor Balin guided me through the procedure while having my lasik done. It helped my nerves tremendously. Quicker and painless than expected. The only sugestión I may have is to not to schedule appointments to close together between patients. At every appointment I've been there, I sense that everyone is running and rushing. This didn't change their work ethics which is the most important part, but I believe they could do better. I sincerely appreciate everyone 's assistance through the process. I can see now :).

  i have been a patient of Dr. Balin for 4 years. She is very professional, and thorough. I feel I am in good hands in her care. my appt was at 8:40 am I was taken in at 8:35 I was given 2 eye exams , by the staff, before seeing Dr. Balin These 2 separate exams are visual acuity, refraction eye inspection, glaucoma testing , pupal dilation etc . I was put in a waiting room for Dr. Balin exam. My wait was a hour to see her. so from check in 8:40 to checkout at 11:30 am was 2 hr. 50 mins. I will now not schedule any other morning appts when I see Dr. Balin Unfortunately I already had scheduled another DR. appointment for 11:20 am so I had to cancel. I know senior citizens like to schedule multiple appointments on a single day for convenience. Just a suggestion to keep in mind. Overall a good experience.. Staff is very kind and attentive thx John

  Dr. Knotts combined expertise with affability. The new prescription is working very well and the eye care, diagnosis and treatment have already produced results (no more itchy eyes, etc.). Very grateful for this visit!

  From the point of walking in the door to the front desk and the interaction with the receptionist was positive and comfortable all the way through my visit. I'm glad I chose this office
