  After having not so great experiences two years in a row for my annual at the Westford location, I decided to try a new provider in the Chelmsford office. NP Augusta was thorough, doesn’t rush you out the door, and is very patient and understanding. I dread annuals and anything medical related for that matter. She made sure I was as comfortable as possible the entire time. Happy to have found someone again that makes the process a little bit easier. Nurse who takes vitals was also very nice and outgoing. For my first experience, I am surprised at all the negative reviews here, so I figured I would leave my positive experience for others who are hesitant.

  I had multiple abnormal labs before and after giving birth, and they never told me about them. If I had known we had anemia, I could’ve taken corrective action for my health and my child’s. You are a number, will get very little time from any of the doctors, and they will not remember you even days after delivering your child. They have no interest in natural care.

  We gave birth at Lowell General and had OB appointments at both Chelmsford and Dracut. Everyone we dealt with was kind, competent, and professional. Labor and delivery and the post-birth care in the mother infant unit at Lowell General were excellent and we felt heard and well cared for.

  Very disappointed with this OB office. My appointment was booked over a month in advance and was changed without my consent to a different location and time. I was then offered an alternative date the following week, which did not work for me. To make matters worse, the representative I spoke with was rude and dismissive, with no effort to accommodate or take accountability. As a pregnant patient, reliability and respect are essential, and this office failed to provide either. I’ve since chosen to seek care elsewhere.

  I’ve had overall good experiences with the office but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care I received today at my appointment. I found NP Marybeth Marcotte to be judgmental and insensitive when it came to a question regarding a blood test and her comments on my weight/body. I’m pregnant and doing the best I can. I was very upset/uncomfortable leaving the office and I definitely will not be booking any future appointments with her.
