  Routine physical with standard tests. They billed incorrectly and my insurance didn't cover it. I spent hours trying to get this resolved and they did not help me. I researched the correct codes, confirmed with my insurance and Merrimack valley internal medicine said the code I had were wrong. I eventually burst into tears after calling them countless times and then going in person twice. I just paid the almost $300 and never went back. Also during the visit I shared two major and painful issues and the doctor paid little to no attention. She gave me a sheet of exercises to do, which I had already explained I'd been doing to no avail. She didn't exam the feet or hands which is where I complained of pain. I left feeling invisible - maybe even not believed.

  I hate this place and will be finding a new GP rather than deal with this office. The appointment line never calls back even after leaving multiple messages. Your only way to reach someone is to repeatedly spam call them until they get fed up and pick up the phone. Then they will tell you as quickly as they can all the reasons why they can't help you before transferring you to a dead-end voicemail box.

  Have been seen several times and still have not been able to access test results. It has been 4 months!!! They never answer the phone, and messages end in me receiving an email for access to their patient portal which does not have my phone # on record to receive a verification code to access the portal. More calls, just get a recording. Was very unimpressed with the Dr. but this is horriffic.
