  Please DO NOT GO HERE. They are EXTREMELY rude. VERY judgmental and unkind. The nurses are HORRIBLE AND SO ARE THE DOCTORS. Please, if you value your life, don't go there. I'd rather wait 8-10 hours at a hospital. I wouldn't send my dog there

  Ok service but don't ever trust billing department, got a call saying I owed an amount then paid it. 3 months later I got calls from bill collectors saying I owed 50$ still. And it was to late to pay tufts. My girlfriend got double billed at the same place. Now I refuse to use tufts. My reply, I have called tufts and they told me they reached out to me after the fact only for them to realize it was only the debt collector that called me not them. They said they would send it to review and then get back to me. Never heard back from tufts but now getting calls from debt collector again. Communication is horrible on tufts side and the whole pay this amount... surprise you still owe some more and we won't tell you, just send you to collections and they can tell you. The annoying part is I paid what I was told I owed and would have paid more if I was told I owed it. But tufts is now saying I can't pay it to tufts I have to pay collections.

  The intake coordinator was very unprofessional and rude while registering my husband for urgent care. When asked if I could register him since he wasn’t feeling well she just kept telling me the he’s an adult and needs to register himself. When I clearly explained that he wasn’t feeling well.

  Good doctors but highly unprofessional staff! Every single one of them treated me like I am getting my treatment from their paycheck!! Omg never saw such an environment in any medical facility! The front desk guy had the audacity to nod his face out of annoyance when I stole his precious phone scrolling time to ask for walk-in! They even messed up in sending the prescription and blamed me for not collecting the prescription on the same day- as if I’m some 5 year old! Ended up collecting my prescription from a CVS located far away at completely wrong address! What a great circus they have at this place!
