  My recent experience at circle health was really and in terms of diagnosis. I went in acute pain in my throat with swelling and no movement of neck , no swallowing. They did a strep which came negative and sent me home. It got so worse that I had to be rushed emergency next day. I wish they were able prescribe a proper medication and not just rely on strep test.

  Save your time and go somewhere else. I was seen in office and was told nothing was wrong with me it felt like I had a finger in my ear blocking sound coming in a nurse looked and said I was fine sent me home. Went to my primary and they said it was the worse ear infection they have seen and my doctor was in disbelief that it was missed. Very unprofessional

  My daughter saw Dr. Dawley here recently and he went above and beyond to help her. He listened carefully, was kind and professional, and had a great sense of humor, which helped put her at ease.

  Date of review 1-29-2020 * please read entire review Was there around Feb 2019 for serious bout of flu. Was mostly satisfied. I returned 1-3-2020 with the flu & possible Pneumonia!! Dr Anne Reimer was very nice & found I had the Flu type B. An X-ray was taken to check for Pneumonia and she said she’d call if it was positive. I said - please call Either way (for peace of mind). Hours later I was home & miserable. 3-4 Attempts at calling Failed. 😡 This is my main point of Contention!! Whomever - various women answering my calls were Rude and Inefficient!!😡 I’d be in the middle of explaining why I was calling when I heard Hold On - Click. I gave my name and number Several Times (including someone named Kelly) but No one ever returned my calls!! Weak & miserable I Had to drive back there. And - No one has ever followed up to see if I’m okay. 😢 Went back today to confirm that date & doctor and they Weren’t very welcoming or friendly. Scott MacNeil *Now with a Bad review - I’ll bet there’ll be a post claiming to want to resolve this. 😞

  Staff was very helpful and friendly. The wait was long but Doctor Pillai was excellent, thorough, listened and answered all questions. She provided thorough testing, diagnostics and options for treatment. A summary of the visit was posted to my primary doctors portal next day so he’ll have it for a follow up visit. Best Urgent Care I’ve ever been to.
