  Everyone is this office cares about your recovery. I had a special case because I wasn’t going to be in the area long, and was still treated professionally and kindly for my tenure here. Wonderful team, great energy, highly recommend this PT office!

  I came to Lucas at Bay State Physical Therapy for a nagging running injury. I was in the middle of marathon training and feeling really defeated. I had low expectations but decided to give PT a try. The personal touch I received walking through the door put my mind at ease. Lucas took time to give me a thorough evaluation, explain my MRI results, and answer all my questions. He came up with a solution based plan for me and explained everything in a way that I could understand. I was shown support, encouragement, and respect along the way. I was given an at home exercise plan that was tailored to my needs. I stayed the course and now I am back to doing what I love thanks to Lucas. From the receptionist to the therapy dog Oliver, and all the staff in between, it is a top notch operation that I would highly recommend!!!

  I highly recommend this physical therapy office! The entire staff is kind, welcoming, and genuinely funny, which makes every visit a positive experience. They are extremely flexible and easy to work with! They create such a supportive and comfortable environment, and you can tell they truly care about their patients.
