  I did buy a very expensive pair of hearing aids which I did finance some yrs back. threw them! Now I need a new pair and my credit was good with them and i am still paying of this pair which has been about 6 yrs. I don't care if they didn't give me credit or not, but they are very rude!!! I need a checkup and cones on my hearing aids done and not even a follow up appt. I got!! Customer service very bad All I ask for is new cones on this old set which I would pay for and no help at all. Nor even a curtsey call

  I am not at all happy with my experience at Miracle Ear. I took the test and was given another test where the technician stands outside the room and has you hooked up to another aid and one can hear just fine. But then you order the hearing aids and I am told I have to train them before I will hear properly. When I didn't wear them to train because they make me uncomfortable and nervous, I was chastised like a child. I have not put them in since. My pleasure is getting to pay monthly payments on this " bait and switch"experience.

  I'm rating this one star because I was in front of the tanning place right next door, and at 10:15am, an elderly lady was standing in the rain waiting for someone to open the door to miracle ear, because they are in fact not open or someone scheduled didn't show to open the door at 9. It says they open at 9am even on the front door. This is wrong
