Now I need a new pair and my credit was good with them and i am still paying of this pair which has been about 6 yrs. I don't care if they didn't give me credit or not, but they are very rude!!! I need a checkup and cones on my hearing aids done and not even a follow up appt. I got!! Customer service very bad All I ask for is new cones on this old set which I would pay for and no help at all. Nor even a curtsey call

The lady at the front desk always gets me in one way or another as soon as possible when I need to.
