  I have never experienced such excellence in service as I did today with Kerri at Quest Diagnostics in North Andover. Even though there was an issue with my lab order, she went above and beyond to resolve everything with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. At no point did I feel stressed or confused — she took control of the situation and handled it flawlessly. And to top it off, even though I thought I might “run out of blood” with so many tubes being drawn, I didn’t even feel the needle. She truly has the hands of an angel! It was, without a doubt, the best blood draw experience I’ve ever had. Congratulations, Kerri, on your professionalism and dedication. You truly make a difference!

  Just went for my annual blood tests. Yeah, it's always a drag to get tests done..nobody likes to get poked and prodded..But the team there are all highly experienced and made it totally painless and talked to me the entire time like I was a real person..not just another patient. The people that gripe about this location are out of their minds.
