I'm not sure what the problem was for the previous one-star posters, but I walked into the Norfolk office without an appointment this morning, signed in on the I-something-or-other mounted on a pedestal (name, address, DOB) and was greeted courteously by the young woman at the counter who checked my lab order and quickly entered the information into her computer. About 5 minutes later I was called in after the person who had arrived before me left and had blood drawn - NO pain! - by the woman who had been at the counter. Very professional throughout.
If someone had to wait an hour, my guess is that there was a waiting room full of patients. I would suggest making an appointment (according to the signage appointments take priority), go get a cup of coffee, and come back.
BTW, today's blood draw is consistent with what I have experienced at Quest for many years, going back to when the office was in Walpole. I just don't think it is fair for anyone to be waved off by a one-star review. If time is of the essence, make an appointment.
