- DCDarren CummingsOct 29, 20251.0If there was an option for 0 stars, that is what my ranking would be. After 10 years of faithful visits, today I had a 10:40 appointment. I got caught in a construction zone. As a courtesy, I called to let them know I would be 8 minutes late. I was told very rudely that they would need to reschedule me. I also own a small business and would always find a way to accommodate my customers. (8 minutes, really?) All my family and employees go there, and that will end. Thank you for wasting 40 minutes of my day!

He has obviously been doing this for a while and the exam went smoothly. Marcia helped me figure out the financial upside when ordering both my contacts and new glasses. It's been a while since I've felt that I was "taken care of" during any of my annual health exams and will definitely come back next year. I highly recommend.

- VBVirginia BoisclairAug 16, 20255.0Today I visited Pearle Vision on Needham St. in Newton, looking for some new frames. I was immediately assisted by Drew Vinciquerra, who tried very hard to find me just the right pair of frames, to replace the vintage ones (held together with scotch tape) that I was wearing. Although I didn't find anything I loved enough to buy, Drew asked if I wanted him to repair my taped-up old ones. They were in pretty bad shape, but he was able to find an earpiece that was similar to the other side, and used it to replace the damaged one. There was no charge for his time and effort, so this, in my opinion, was customer service at its best! Thank you, Drew, and Pearle Vision Newton! 🤓👍
