  I had a great experience at AudioNova in Newton. Imani was professional, thorough, and kind. She tested my hearing aids, ran several diagnostics, and recommended they be sent to the technical office for further testing and possible replacement. Her care and attention to detail were outstanding. She deserves recognition for her excellent service!

  ear in newton is very easy to book appointments and appointments have always been on time. joe the audiologist is more than capable and is/was able to achieve solutions to every issue that i have presented. the most difficult part of my recent ear appointment was dealing with some snowy icy roads on my trip back home.

Julie worked tirelessly through a series of issues to achieve for me the best possible outcome while Jenn is the real backbone of the operation - making sure that every detail is tended to.

  Because of a family history of hearing loss, I knew it was inevitable that I would need hearing aids sooner or later, but put it off because of the negative image I had of hearing aid wearers and what I had heard about them. My good wife finally convinced me that I had to do something! So, I sought a place nearby, figuring the auditory offices must all be similar. But what a surprise to find professionalism, excellent service, and kindness.The prescribed hearing aids have helped beyond my expectations. Dr. Alissa Hench and Dr. Bozeman before her, make the exam comfortable and explain results in understandable language; Jennifer Sherrod, the patient care coordinator, helps to make the experience comfortable and helps with supplies and follow-ups, assures that instructions are understood, and creates a pleasant environment. I would recommend EAR to all who might benefit.
