- SPStephen PriestOct 30, 20254.0This PF reminds me of the PF in Concord, NH. A similar set up but there is not a 30 Minute training room at this location. Also fewer ab exercise equipment. A lot of the equipment is up to date 📅. They have older model massage chairs but I like them. The men's locker 🛅 room is smaller than other PFs but it was in good shape. Friendly staff. The one thing, not John Carpenter's or the member of the FF, that stood out to me was that the clientele was my age, older. Maybe that is why the defibrillator is noticeable. Only a few weight slammers. They have equipment that I can use for my physical therapy. There is an area to do stretches. If you a member of PF, I would recommend this one. Friendly staff.

They don't have a Total Body Enhancement Machine. The layout of the gym feels like one is crammed into a box. The stair masters are ancient. They don't have hydromassage beds but have the uncomfortable loungers instead.

- DFDevon FlanaganSep 12, 20255.0I was working out at the Newburyport Planet Fitness on a Friday night and finished my run on the treadmill about 10–15 minutes before closing. My AirPod fell out, landed on the treadmill, and flew somewhere out of sight. I searched for about 10 minutes, and by then the gym was closing. Instead of rushing me out at 9:00, George and Amy stayed and helped me look until my AirPod was found. They were incredibly kind and truly put effort into helping me. It’s staff like this that can turn a stressful moment into a positive one and really make someone’s day. I truly appreciated them and will be coming back here more often!
