I am a 72 year old man and an avid golfer...I cant stress enough how much these dedicated women have helped me improve my core and lower back allowing me to enjoy playing again ... without the next day brutal pain!!! And I should add that they are so nice to me especially as Im usually the only guy in the class LOL!
