  The best lab facility around, immaculate, well-organized, and extremely competent phlebotomist(s). Computer check-in is often awkward, but staff always ready to help, and the rest of the process is a breeze.

  They say walk-ins are welcome but they ABSOLUTELY ARE NOT! YOU NEED AN APPOINTMENT! DO NOT GO WITHOUT ONE! I know this is not the lab tech's fault but it is terrible business practice on the part of QUEST! I was supposed to do a morning fasting bloodwork so I hadn't eaten in over 12 hours, this is something that should be considered at check-in as a kiosk question "did you have to fast? yes or no?" so the tech gets a pop up and can triage people like us waiting without an appointment. Can't comment on how the tech was because I never was able to get my bloodwork done due to being late for work. Will update for the tech's bedside manner based on my experience regarding the lab tech themselves after the appointment I made. UPDATE: The tech was really nice and things were quick and efficient when I had an appointment. Changed from 1 star to 3 since the location and tech were great but the policy regarding walk-ins from QUEST is still awful.

  ZERO STAR — AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! I drove 30 minutes for my scheduled drug test appointment. The confirmation message clearly stated that I MUST ARRIVE BEFORE 11:30. I arrived at 11:18, well within the required time. Despite this, the woman working there refused to take my test, claiming she had other appointments and that it was “almost 11:30.” That is absolutely NOT my problem — I showed up at the exact time THEY told me to be there. She simply didn’t want to do the test because they close at 12 and it would mean extra work for her. Completely unprofessional, rude, and careless. If a business can’t honor their own scheduled appointments, they should not be offering these services at all. There are plenty of other drug test centers that respect people’s time. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.
