  Everything is fine, but I can't believe it's a clinic that "is" "supposed" that they attend to all kinds of symptoms that the patient feels and they don't attend to people who have a headache? Incredible

  Complete waste of my time I wasted 2 hours and a half out of my day and I went there twice just because I needed a vaccine and I just spent the entire time waiting I asked for a refund and just left wasted almost 3 hours of my life for nothing.

  I was having a hard time breathing, and I had a massive rash all over my body I went to urgent care in Fairhaven and everyone told me they were waiting 2 to 2 1/2 hours so I went online and booked appointment at New Bedford for 20 minutes. Gave me time to drive over there from Fairhaven and they took me right in very nice quick clean place friendly people.

  I made an appointment for 9am. I arrived at 830am and had all ready filled out packet online for what I was told would make things faster. They couldn't look up my insurance info so I had to pay $190 for the visit. I wasn't called back until 930am, 30 minutes after my appointment time then once in the medical room I wasn't seen until 1038am. Once seen the nurse practitioner looked at the tick bite for 13 seconds and said ill write you a prescription for antibiotics and walked out. It took 3 hours for a less than a minute doctor visit. There was 1 other person in the waiting room so you can't blame it on being busy. This is pure laziness and the fact they charge $200 no matter what the visit is ridiculous. There needs to be some accountability, if i show up late to my appointment i lose my slot.
