This is a long review. Worth the read. I promise. If I can I'll give a 000. I'll even spell it out a tripple Zero. I would. Don't waist your money, or time. It's a scam. They play you when you visit the store. The workers' act like they care. First of all let's take about their commercial very impersonal. White background with paid actors. Pain is real it's not for sale, with gimmicks. So let's get back to you visiting the store. They play the ohh let's talk to see your pain level. Then they put your feet on a vibration pad. That loosens your feet. Then do a dogus test of the balance of your feet. When they come back they give you a whole personalized regimen with a price range. Mind you they never talk about a price in person till this point. Not their
commercials, or their website at all. I'm in real pain at this point. I trusted that the product would work. I believed in the saleswoman. She knew she had me. I was so hopeful, but she had me hook line and skinner. She
said to me "Oh your going to be on our next commercial". She said this to me several times. (As if to say this product is so good your going to want to promote it). Before I left she said "I'll call you in a day or two, to see how everything is going". Never received a phone call from her at all. I tried the product out for week or so. I was following the regime. I was in pain the whole time. I called the saleswoman back, who I had to track down. Told her my problem she gave a generic answer well do this instead. Never a follow-up to see if this worked or not. Wow what was a waist of time and money 1,200 bucks that was financed so that 3,000. At a totally lost to me with a lie and lack of empathy. Still in pain with a debt. Long store short don't waist your money. Funny how they are not covered under healthcare benefits, but the business conduct themselves as feet specialist. They are not. With no return policy. Buy Beware!!!

I had a great experience at the Good Feet Store in Boston, and I really want to highlight Amra for her amazing help. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right solution for me. Her sales approach didn’t feel pushy at all—she just listened and guided me to what actually fit my needs. If you go, ask for Amra!

Amra was amazing and made my experience at Good Feet top tier. I left feeling almost pain free and I came in with foot pain, and knee pain looking for something to help me feel better. I did not know much about Good Feet, but Amra was very thorough throughout the whole hour long process. I lost track of time because of how intriguing she made the presentation and she made me see clear results in my body. All of the questions I had were clearly answered, and I felt very comfortable asking them. None of my questions were disregarded, even though some of them may have seemed like common sense questions. She was intelligent, but also very caring. She brought out the supports for me, and I felt instant relief. It was such a great experience.

I work as a nurse so I’m on my feet all day and over time the foot pain and lower back pain just kept getting worse. I’ve tried everything from generic insoles to even custom orthotics and nothing really made a difference. I finally decided to give this a try and I’m so glad I did. The support has made such a noticeable difference in how I feel during my shifts and even after work. It’s honestly been a relief. Layany was great throughout the whole process. She was patient, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. You can tell she really cares. I’m very thankful I came in.

Very impressed! Working with Layany at the Natick GOOD FEET store, she was very thorough and knowledgeable about my type of foot pain “PLANTAR FASCIITIS” (Heal spur). After making measurements and interviewing me regarding my condition, Layany was able to recommend multiple sets of orthotics that fit in my shoes and a daily routine to follow for relieving my pain. It’s been a month and the pain is essentially gone. Layany followed up recently and was able to answer additional questions such as long term care. Walking, hiking, and playing golf should not be a problem now with my “GOOD FEET” routine. Thank you.
Frequently Asked Questions About The Good Feet Store
How are our arch supports different from inserts and insoles I can buy online or in drug stores?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide the firm, yet flexible function necessary to help correct poor foot biomechanics, providing long term pain-relief solutions.
I buy good shoes, but my feet still hurt. Can arch supports help me?
Absolutely. It’s common for people to think that their shoes are the problem, when in reality it’s often the foot that’s going into the shoes that’s the real source of discomfort. By stabilizing the foot with a good arch support, the pain and discomfort caused by common foot and foot-related problems can often be minimized or alleviated.
Will I be able to take my arch supports home the same day I purchase them?
Yes, for ages 6+. Your local Good Feet Store stocks a full inventory of arch supports. Once you’ve been fitted and have found the supports that work the best for you, you’ll be able to wear your new arch supports home.
How do I get my free fitting?
It’s simple. Just stop by your local Good Feet Store. No appointment is necessary, but if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment at the store near you.
Can I use my HSA or FSA funds to purchase arch supports?
Yes, you can use your HSA or FSA to purchase our arch supports. Arch supports, shoe inserts, insoles, or orthotics are eligible for reimbursement with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HSA), or a health reimbursement arrangement
(HRA). However, arch support reimbursement is not eligible with a limited-purpose flexible spending account (LPFSA) or a dependent care flexible spending account
(DCFSA). Arch Support Inserts are eligible for reimbursement with an FSA or HSA as they are devices placed into your shoes to support the arch of your foot to reduce discomfort. Important Reminder: FSAs, HSAs, and other listed account types may differ. Be sure to check with your administrator before making a purchase.
How are Good Feet arch supports different from regular inserts and insoles?
Good Feet Arch Supports are designed to provide firm yet flexible function to correct poor foot biomechanics and offer long-term pain relief, unlike typical inserts or insoles.
Can arch supports help if I wear good shoes but still experience foot pain?
Yes, foot discomfort often stems from the foot itself rather than the shoe. Proper arch supports stabilize the foot and can minimize or alleviate pain related to common foot problems.
