    I never been in a planet fitness so dirty like this one, the showers are disgusting, bathrooms are awful, I always thought Malden wasn't great but Natick location is the worst.

    No benches or smith machines are ever open for most hours of the day. Bathroom showers are nasty too. Really crowded most of the time

    Of the 2 each hydro beds and massage chairs, half were inoperational. They don't have numbers on them so it's confusing as to which you are assigned to. My treadmill display was unreadable. Circuit machines should have a display for the order in which they are to be used like my NJ PF does. Enough machines 9/28/25. Problems notes above more this a month ago continue. Half of the 2 each chair and hydro massages inoperative. Very disappointing
