I can't say enough good things about both the care givers and the office staff. We had a core group of care givers including Margarita, Bonnie, Cindy, and Kim who basically became part of the family providing caring personal care, cooking, cleaning, and making sure my parents were comfortable and taken care of. Later, we had additional 24/7 care givers who were professional and caring. The office staff--especially Kristin, Kathy, and Lisa--were flexible with scheduling and always had us covered, I can't recommend Home Instead enough to care for you or loved ones!
