She has an inch difference in leg lengths as well and Amra helped us find a solution to make her feel the most comfortable. My mother is hard of hearing but Amra still made her feel a part of the conversation. She was so gentle and patient with my mom, it’s great to see that people still care. My mother walked out in shoes and a heel life and was walking a lot more stable!

She was very knowledgable, friendly, informative and able to answer all of my questions with patience and kindness. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain, and make sure I understood, your arch support system. When I tried the arch supports on in the store I immediately felt that my back was straight (not my usual) without pain or strain. Today, is my first day using the arch supports and so far so good. He has arthritis and neuropathy, so he’s pretty much always uncomfortable, and lately his back has just made everything worse. It’s been hard watching him deal with it every day. He’s super stubborn and doesn’t like trying new things, so my mom basically had to drag him in. He definitely went in skeptical and not expecting much. Not long after they left, my mom called me and said his pain felt better almost right away. I was honestly shocked. For someone who’s been in pain that long to feel relief like that is huge. Layany helped them, and she was so patient and kind the whole time. She didn’t rush them, answered all their questions, and really took the time to make sure my dad was comfortable. That meant a lot because he can be tough to convince when it comes to stuff like this. Since then, I’ve noticed such a difference. My parents are going on walks together again and just moving around more. My dad seems happier and more like himself. Seeing that has meant everything to us. You can tell she truly cares about helping people and takes pride in what she does. I didn’t know what they did, if it was going to be a good experience or not. She made me feel good about coming into the Good Feet Store. My feet were killing me. I had seen a podiatrist multiple times, and nothing worked. So I came to the Good Feet Store as a last resort, but I wish I had found it sooner. After talking to Amra for a while, she came out with a three-step system as a solution to help me with my feet and plantar fasciitis. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Amra was very patient the whole way through and answered every single one of my questions. The second I tried on the inserts, my plantar fasciitis felt 10x better. I walked out with my new inserts and a new friend. Amra made my experience so great that I didn’t want to leave. I went from having a bad day to a fantastic one.
