I tried out a local store and bought 2 pairs. These were far more cost effective than frames at my eye doctors office. The selection is good. The store is staffed well, but was busy the day of my visit. It was difficult to talk to a staff as they were with multiple other customers when I arrived. Once the store died down a bit, it was much easier to understand how to proceed once frames were picked out. Staff were helpful and cheerful. My insurance is not carried - which I knew going in. I have a flexible spending account but no card - awaiting approval for reimbursement currently, but the process so far is easy - I had an email before I even left the store.
