  I visited this location in March 2026 for blood work. The building was easy to access with ample free parking. I had an appointment and the check-in process via a tablet in the waiting area was fast and easy. I was called in within a few minutes of my scheduled appointment time. The lab worker was kind and personable. She used a butterfly needle and the lab work was painless. Results were available within a few days without any issues.

  Staff complaining about patients and walk ins. Put my name on walk in list, someone came in after me and scheduled themselves an appointment for two hours after current time and were called in. If clear instructions I would have scheduled appointment for later in the day on the kiosk if I had known I would have been called ASAP rather than wait for a half hour to be skipped over. Poor customer service and unprofessional lab techs.

  Phone line never works, neither does the website so you’re stuck waiting an hour or more for a simple blood test. And that’s if you did everything else correctly. Somtimes they won’t even take you after you’ve been waiting because they can’t use the computer to find your lab order somtimes. Very unreliable

  the lady who drew my blood was very friendly and made me feel comfortable ,, i was scared as hell, i did not feel no pain ,,, thanks to the lady who drew my blood
