    I had a 4 PM appt. today and I arrived early to find the lights off and no one there . I called the number on the front which I believe is the main office and talked to a woman who said the the Milford office cancelled all their appts. today but does not know why their clients weren't notified . I left work early to make sure I was on time . No communication what so ever . Extremely disappointing . This is the second this has happened .

    Received an offer in the mail for a free hearing test where I would be given a $25 Amazon gift card. Had the test and deferred any purchase and after two months and seven phone calls the company refuses to make good on their offer. Bad business move for the sake of $25.

    I went to Miracle Ear in Vero Beach around five years ago and have never had one regret all I have is the utmost praise for Katie Shrader and her receptionist! I since have added a blue tooth clip for my music and a box for my TV listening thru my hearing aids. Best experience ever and they clean and service your hearing aids for life. My only regret is that I bought middle of the line instead of top of the line with the blue tooth in the hearing aids but it might be time for an upgrade 😊.

    I rarely leave a bad review...check em...90% are 4-5 stars...Miracle ear was one if the worst,high pressure sales experiences I've had in 20 years!!...wow...went in for a tinnitus complaint and she fitted me for 8k worth of hearing aids which didn't address the tinnitus at all...when I said we wanted to think about it and chat she got ice cold, and unprofessional and kept insinuating that I couldn't afford them!...then snatched up the folder and said we're done here!!!...total unprofessional failure as a technician or a closer...don't talk down to people...you'd be really surprised what I'm worth😎
