Everyone was very helpful & friendly. Answered all my questions. The reason for 3 stars instesd of 5 is no x-ray tech on hand. They told me to come back today and was told she called out! Now i have to go back again on Monday! No one else could take an x-ray???? Not good for an urgent care, my time is valuable too!

I visited the Methuen location on Tuesday evening for the first time, and this was by far one of the most unprofessional healthcare experiences I have ever had. I brought my sick child in to be evaluated, and the medical assistant (red hair, glasses) immediately displayed a rude and argumentative attitude. Her behavior appeared to be triggered by my child being unable to provide a urine sample. Instead of showing patience or understanding, she directed unnecessary attitude toward my child and then toward me. This is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with a sick child. When the nurse practitioner came in, I attempted to explain what had just occurred. Although she initially stated she had not witnessed the interaction, she then suggested my child’s tone may have been the issue which was confusing and contradictory. My daughter also stated the NP was present for part of the interaction. Regardless, the situation was handled unprofessionally. The NP rolled her eyes and told me I did not need to give her attitude. I apologized and explained I had just worked a 10 hour shift and was there with a sick child, and she responded by stating she had worked a 13 hour shift. This response was dismissive and lacked basic compassion. The medical evaluation itself felt rushed and inadequate. My child was told she likely had a stomach bug and was discharged without any COVID, flu, or strep testing being performed. Instead, there was an unnecessary focus on a possible UTI or kidney stones despite no symptoms supporting that concern other than stomach pain. We arrived approximately 30 minutes before closing, and it was very clear that staff were more focused on closing than providing proper patient care. We felt rushed, unheard, and disrespected throughout the entire visit. This experience was unacceptable. I will never return to this business. Patients especially children deserve to be treated with professionalism, patience, and respect at all times.

Took my 95 year old Mom there she had a fall. We only waited a few minutes to be seen and everyone was friendly and kind. I had been there twice before with her husband and found everything the same I knew she couldn’t tolerate a long emergency room wait. Hopefully i wont find a need to go back but if so it will be my first choice.

Quick and fast. The nurse so polite and understanding with me and listened to all questions and complaints. My left arm was hurting me tremendously for weeks and I couldn't take the pain no more. So urgent care was recommended to me.The faculty and nurse are amazing to me and after seeing the nurse she prescribed me the medicine that I needed and in one day my arm is feeling much better. I made the mistake in wasting time going to Lawrence General Hospital and almost waiting 6 hours for no reason. I was there but l left after an hour. I heard a patient say there that they were there for almost 5 hours waiting to be treated and still waiting in the lobby. I will be back to urgent care guaranteed and let people know how quick and respectful everyone is there. I will not ever go back to Lawrence General Hospital in a wasting time. Thank you, for helping me feel better.

Came in for chest pain and trouble breathing. Called prior to arriving but got there and was told I could have checked in online (which wasnt told to me over the phone). It was moderately busy. I waited about 30 minutes (which was told to me over the phone and thats what ai expected) before they called me for vitals. Then they sent me back to the lobby until a room was available. After 10 minutes I got called to a room where I waited 10 minutes for the nurse practitioner. During my wait someone attempted to place another party in my room. The nurse finally came in and I felt rushed. I was having trouble catching my breath and between describing my symptoms and prior events the last week, I could feel the rude awkward glare as if she was looking for signs of impairments. I did not want to feel pain as I spoke but felt I had to quickly and leave potential helpful information out of the conversation. It was odd to have that feeling radiating from someone who is supposed to heed my concerns appropriately. It felt cold and I felt unheard. I was only looking to get an x-ray to rule out an injury without having to wait at the ER of drive to MGH in Boston with a toddler. Well I got an x-ray and then waited 45 minutes in the exam room for answers. The nurse never came back but within the 15 minutes of the x-ray my phone notified me I had an RX waiting and I got a survey asking how my visit was. I still have not spoken to the nurse so I was confused. I asked a lady in the hall about an update (my toddler was being wild, was hungry, and now waiting in the car with his father).I was told they would check and 5 minutes later another lady came in thinking I was another patient. I asked her about my update and she said she would get the NP. 5 minutes after that a 3rd person walks in handing me papers saying I could go. I asked what the issue was since I had an RX but no update and he was confused because he assumed the NP was in to see me. He left and came back and started looking at my paperwork and reading, not sure what to tell me other than I can go (yet I had some injury listed on the paperwork). So I left. Waste of time and the NP who seen me was rude and off putting. If I ever find myself in a position where I had to go to urgent care id go to a different location or MGH in Boston. As I walked out the front doors the lady who helped me while I was waiting for answers walked outside looking for someone in a car cursing while on the phone. Just odd.
