  Good experience each of the half dozen times I've visited. Adequate parking, clean facilities, efficient check-in, short wait time, professional, courteous, and skilled technicians.

  I did a walk in, I was in and out within 20 minutes! Valerie was wonderful and did a great job while also being so kind!!

  Trying to get bloodwork done here is like a Kafkaesque nightmare. Do not come here unless you love inefficiency and wasting your time. First of all, with those hours Quest Diagnostics assumes everyone must be unemployed. Getting an appointment at this site is nigh impossible - obtaining a morning slot requires the same tenacity you need to get Taylor Swift tickets. If you decide to take a chance and wing it, I hope you brought a fully charged phone since you’ll be waiting at least 2 hours. Theres no human presence of employees, just a check in screen. You cannot leave the waiting room and come back. Just dropping off a sample requires waiting. Even hot pot restaurants have more efficient queueing systems than Quest Diagnostics. The site seems woefully understaffed, so I don’t blame the employees for being apathetic in such a stingy and stressful place.
