She answered questions any time, day or night, and easily saw to every request we had. The caregivers who assisted my sister became like family to her. Elia Garcia is the primary care pro for my parents, focused primarily on my Dad. I cannot say enough good things about Elia. She is attentive, caring, anticipates their needs and goes out of her way to ensure they are well cared for. She has adjusted her schedule more than once by extending her time to accommodate an unexpected issue or emergency. She empathizes with them and knows how to cheer them up. She truly is an angel and considered a part of our family. My sisters and I are beyond grateful to have Elia in their/our lives.
