  Recently completed my 17th stretch at StretchLab and am so grateful for Juwon's knowledge and friendliness. He's consistently checking in, to make sure I'm feeling good - pushing me, but never overdoing it. I leave every session feeling so much lighter and less tense. The facilities are clean and inviting.

  I’ve been a customer at StretchLab and while the stretching sessions themselves are good, the way this franchise manages its credit system is frustrating and frankly feels unfair. Credits for sessions must be purchased in advance and come with an expiration date. That’s fine in theory, but the problem lies in how the system applies those credits. Instead of using the credits that are closest to expiring first when you book a session, this franchise does the opposite -they use the newest credits first and let the older ones sit there until they quietly expire. This means that if you’ve built up a small reserve of credits to give yourself flexibility, those credits can disappear without warning. You effectively lose money for services you never received, and the franchise just pockets the difference. There's no real warning, no attempt to apply them responsibly, and no accommodation. It’s a “use it or lose it” system that’s set up in a way that benefits the business -not the customer. In my opinion, this is defacto theft.

  Fantastic experience with Emeka,Sarah and Elvin, who I have learned so much about my body from and enjoyed relaxing my muscles during 50 min stretches. highly recommend regardless of your level of flexibility, mobility, or strength! Check it out!
