  Terrible. My appointment was for last Monday.. I got at least eight calls an hour prior to my appointment to cancel because the technician called out… So I rescheduled for the following Monday… And again they called me to reschedule because they overbooked… I definitely don’t recommend…

  I had a great experience at Miracle Ear. Clinton Lutz took care of me. He didn't try to pressure me in any way and let me make my decision on my own. He was very helpful in explaining what happens with hearing loss, which I didn't know. I highly recommend Miracle Ear and Clinton in Saugus.

  The hearing aids I received from Miracle Ear have been life-changing. I was suffering from severe hearing loss and constant tinnitus. My hearing loss was so bad I couldn’t watch TV without closed captions. My Tinnitus was reduced considerably. Now the only time I notice it is when I’m alone in a quiet environment. I was also very sensitive to loud noises. They would actually cause pain and sometimes make me nauseous. It was also very difficult to have conversations in a noisy environment. When I was at a restaurant I couldn’t understand what people were saying across the table. Miracle Ear in Saugus has been so accommodating. It’s easy to get appointments. Anytime I’ve have an issue I’ve walked in and they have taken care of it. I can’t thank Clinton and Mira enough for how much they have helped me. It’s truly has been life-changing to get hearing aids. My quality of life has improved greatly. I’m 62 and I waited too long to get them. Thank you very much Al

  I really appreciate the time and attention Mr. Clinton Lutz took to explain the functions of hearing and the effects hearing loss has on us all! Thanks again for the professionalism shown by all the staff associated with the testing!

  I visited Miracle Ear to get a hearing test, as it was a very long time since I had a test, plus I received a post card at my new address, for a free hearing test and a choice of a 20.00 gift card. Clinton did my testing and was very professional and knowledgeable in explaining my slight deficit. They didn't honor the gift card part and when I called the girl that answered was not very pleasant. Shouldn't advertise this way.
