Unfortunately, the rest of the staff has not been very friendly or helpful, and I’ve often had to follow up multiple times to get answers or support. After being a patient for two years, I’ve decided to make a change. The retail side of the store also lacks customer service. For the prices—which are comparable to Newbury Street—I would expect a much higher level of attention, support, and overall customer care. There are many great practices out there where customer service is a priority, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.
