The doctors at this practice are truly kind and professional, and I’ve appreciated their care. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff has not been very friendly or helpful, and I’ve often had to follow up multiple times to get answers or support. After being a patient for two years, I’ve decided to make a change. The retail side of the store also lacks customer service. For the prices—which are comparable to Newbury Street—I would expect a much higher level of attention, support, and overall customer care. There are many great practices out there where customer service is a priority, and unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here.

I thought I broke my first pair of glasses but the team said they only needed a quick fix! Had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. Glasses were good as new. Thank you!!!

A big thank you to Jaqui for fixing my glasses. I've had them for 4 years and I absolutely cannot afford to get another pair right now. They were so crooked I was starting to get headaches drom my lenses being tilted. Thank you Jaqui for making my dusty crusty old frames wearable again, now I can make rent this month AND see where I'm going 🙏🙏

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
