    Im 59 and have gone to a lot of gyms in my time ( although i don’t look it 😜) But BY far this is the cleanest gym I have ever been to!!! And the staff is constantly cleaning the attention to details they walk thru the gym and anything out of place they are on top of it.. The machines are always being cleaned and I mean CLEANED.. Mikes back in the day was a dump and dirty… The staff is friendly and respectful Highly recommend it…

    I was sick for four months. I called to cancel my membership and they told me that I had to go in person because of my illness. I couldn't go. They were charging me fees even at the end of October. After four months, I called again to cancel and they told me that they could do it over the phone but that they would charge me a fee of $37.77. I see this as blatant theft, but I preferred to pay that than to be charged the monthly fee without using the fitness.

    Flash Fitness is an awesome gym — it’s got everything you need for a great pump. Plenty of equipment, clean space, and never too crowded. The staff are all good people — friendly, helpful, and make you feel welcome. Perfect spot to get a serious workout in! 💪
