  Clean gym, good equipment, of course there could always be more. The private training is great for goals, Max is a patient trainer and motivated me to do better. Convenient hours too.

  Flash Fitness is great, and I worked with Brik who is an excellent fitness instructor. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and overall a pleasure to train with.

  Friendly staff, specially Paul! Good equipment but typically packed, even after 7:30pm, and if the only option is going in early (when you’re supposed to be at work), it’s not a great solution; often need to wait for equipment. They also need hire a better cleaning company; there’s a lot of dust buildup (see photos) on equipment and floor. The gym closes from 10pm-5am, so there’s no excuse for poor cleaning. I’ve also share this feedback via email to management, but nothing has improved. I’m considering another gym option. Just sharing my experience.

  The gym is clean. The people who work there are friendly and helpful. I always have a good time working out here. And the price is so reasonable.
