  Everyone is so welcoming. I appreciate that they motivate you but also make you feel safe to listen to your body and do what's right for you.

  The energy and the kindness of the staff and instructor were great but the instruction during the class were hard to hear/understand and my beginners friends got confused. One ended it up in high resistance and slow pace during the entire class with a heart rate of only 105 instead of HIIT type of excercise..

  Trainers are awesome, facility is clean. However, the staff could be more friendlier. Last week I stayed a bit behind using the shower after a Sunday morning class, and the staff were unfriendly and almost hostile on my way out. I have been to this gym for half a year and this is a disappointment.
