Worst place to ever go to get your glasses. They don't even put a lot of effort into getting the measurements, they told me a certain frame would work when I questioned them n they said it be fine. Which it wasn't. The lense was too small-needed progressive lenses. They put additional features on the glasses as well not informing me that it had been done. My whole order was over $300 n it was nothing but a hassle trying to get the glasses. Had to return the first pair so I got my money back on the second. Went somewhere else n waiting on picking them up as of next week. I do not recommend this place. They take your money n don't even tell u what's been added. If I could give no stars I would have.

I assumed nothing could go wrong with getting new lenses, so I decided to visit the nearest store. Unfortunately, I had to adjust my lenses multiple times and continued to experience headaches whenever I wore my glasses. The store representatives seemed more focused on sales than on providing knowledgeable guidance about frames and lenses. It ended up being a waste of $450, plus an additional $200 out of pocket. I would not recommend LensCrafters.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
