  Both of my boys went to bay state in marlborough and I said why not let me give it a try , well they weren’t wrong Tim talks to you listens and just that part is very important! When you walk in everyone is hi , hi how are you , full of smiles and very clean and everyone seems calm and trying to make everyone calm as well . I enjoy going and boy oh boy if you see Tim you won’t need a gym after hahaha M.T

  All of the staff here is very knowledgeable and friendly. They have the highest expertise and will educate you while giving you the needed exercises to progress in your PT.

  I started taking PT at Bay State at Marlborough since late 2025. I should say that I am feeling much better in 4 months and have been very impressed by Hetal’s diagnosis and her recommendation for corrective stretches and exercises. The entire team ( Tim, Nikki and Emily) is awesome and would definitely recommend this as a go to PT place for anybody that need PT treatments.

  Friendly staff that is professional but not stuffy. Sufficiently staffed that you can get appointments quickly. A++
