  I went into make an appointment but they took me right away. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The young man at the front desk helped me out with the registration process and Emily the nurse was great and so was the PA Kahwon (not sure pf spelling). A great experience and I got all the necessary paperwork I needed for my job. I highly recommend this place because of the speed and efficiency they provided. I’ll definitely use this place again and tell my coworkers this is the place to go for a DOT physical.

  Excellent visit. Wait time was reasonable - about 30 mins. Visit was quick & straightforward. Medical staff member was kind and professional! Diagnosed, treated & script submitted promptly!

  I am very disappointed with this center. I called ahead and specifically asked for the total cost of the medical exam for my immigration application. Based on the information I received, I scheduled my appointment here because they had the lowest fee in the area. During my visit, I was told multiple times that the amount I paid covered all required services. However, a few months later, I received two additional bills from a different facility related to this visit. That’s when I found out this center does not have an in-house lab and sends tests out—something that was never disclosed to me. When I followed up, the manager mentioned that the receptionist may not have followed proper procedures and might no longer be working there. Unfortunately, that does not change the fact that I ended up paying more than I would have at other centers. They are also no longer providing immigration medical exams. Overall, this experience was frustrating and misleading. I would not recommend this place.

  The first front end staff (dark hair and black scrubs) was curt and I think wanted to send me on my way. Before knowing what was going on she decided I needed an xray and there's was broken. The 2nd staff (blonde with glasses) was much nicer. She got me set up in the system, did initial vitals ect. The actual doctor was wonderful.. She was warm and caring. She listened and got the ball rolling for my care which will mostly be physical therapy. If I were only reviewing on my initial contact with the first staff it would be one star. If I were reviewing for just the doc it would be five stars so I met in the middle. FyI: I had to go ger for initial evaluation for work injury.

  The nurse that took my blood pressure, heart rate and medical history was kind and personable. However when the doctor came in, I don't even think she introduced herself or looked me in the eye. She spent maybe a minute in the room, and looked at my area of concern for all of 2 seconds before prescribing antibiotics. Well, we'd better hope they work, because I'll be in the ER soon if they don't. I was very disappointed and probably will not be back.
