    “I want to congratulate the new staff working at the gym. I’ve been coming here for 4 years, and it’s the first time I’ve seen employees so dedicated, repairing and replacing parts of the machines. I imagine there’s a new manager, because he’s dressed in black and is keeping an eye on everything. Congratulations.”

    I recently visited this Planet Fitness location and was disappointed with the overall experience. The facility appeared to be dirty and had a strong unpleasant odor. Additionally, I noticed several pieces of equipment that were out of order, which detracted from my workout. Unfortunately, this location did not meet my expectations.
