  Very good people work here, dedicated to our good health or getting us healthy. It was a quick stop for me, was greeted nicely and then called in a few minutes later by the Nurse, who was also thorough and nice.

  I made an appointment and checked in on line, but when I got there, I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Why did I make an appointment? The staff was lovely, this is 100% a criticism of the system you have created. If youre taking appointments, then why would walk ins impact that appointment? Keep one or the other, but both makes absolutely no sense. Or have a provider who only takes appointments. Either way, I left, wasn't seen and I wasted a whole day of treatment because of your flawed system.

  I was told I could get my antibiotics, I left the office and when I called they said they already prescribed it(they didn’t) so I called again and they said they can’t prescribe me antibiotics for stitches that I was told could be infected and is painful and hot to the touch, I was told I had to come in again so I can get a prescription even though I was seen yesterday and had to wait 2.5 hours past my supposed wait time. The doctor was kind when helping out but very frustrating to be told two different things. I will now need to visit another office to hopefully get help.

  The front desk staff was very helpful & courteous. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The staff in the back were very good as well. I met with nurse Kelly & she checked all my vital signs & did all appropriate testing. Nurse Kelly was very kind, professional, caring, informative & explained things to me. She went above & beyond & set up appointment to come in for x-ray. I got the results same day. Thereafter, they followed up w/me via text to see if I needed additional medical assistance & another appointment. I had an excellent experience & I highly recommend AFC Malden Urgent Care.

  When I checked in, there were only a few other people in the waiting room, and yet I waited over two hours to be seen, and many others were taken in before me. The front desk person was miserable, either hates her job or was having a very bad day, Never smiled or made any attempt to make patients feel welcome. Once I was finally seen the back office staff was kind and efficient. I would not ever return to this clinic.
