- BWBarbara WebbFeb 26, 20261.0I went into Lynnfield to get 2 pairs of glasses. It turns out my prescription had expired the week before, but the woman said that wouldn't be a problem. I paid for two glasses. I picked them out and then received an email 10 days later saying I needed a new prescription. Then it sent me to a website to do it an online one, but I couldn't do it with my prescription. When I went back to Lynnfield to cancel the order, the woman again lied and told me they had not billed me which they did and they gave me only a partial refund. You're not able to call the store directly and I had to call out of state number The woman there does not know what she's doing
