His thoroughness and communication made the appointment incredibly reassuring. Kerry Ellen was also an outstanding representative of the company. She provided fantastic customer service, offered knowledgeable and professional guidance in helping me choose the right glasses, and was consistently attentive throughout the process. On top of that, as a Type 1 diabetic, I began experiencing low blood sugar while in the store, and she thoughtfully brought me fruit snacks to help bring it back up. That level of kindness and going above and beyond the call of duty was exceptional. Overall, this location delivers top-tier care and service. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.
