Recently, I was up at the Lynnfield market location. The store was busy, yet the staff were friendly and helpful! When I needed additional time to look, she circled back to assist me with my purchase. Attentive, knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. Start to finish. Thank you!

My husband and I worked with Karyelen Delgado on our most recent trip into Warby Parker/ Danvers. I went to the store in Lynnfield and this was my first time there and they were great and very helpful. I would definitely go back. The woman helped me pick out some frames and I can’t wait for them to get delivered.

I went into Lynnfield to get 2 pairs of glasses. It turns out my prescription had expired the week before, but the woman said that wouldn't be a problem. I paid for two glasses. I picked them out and then received an email 10 days later saying I needed a new prescription. Then it sent me to a website to do it an online one, but I couldn't do it with my prescription. When I went back to Lynnfield to cancel the order, the woman again lied and told me they had not billed me which they did and they gave me only a partial refund. You're not able to call the store directly and I had to call out of state number The woman there does not know what she's doing
