He also explained the different types of progressive lenses. He explained that it’ll take time to become accustomed to wearing progressives and that when my order arrives, they will show me how to use them in person. He couldn’t have been more helpful. It was a great experience. And, It was $100 less than target.

I go there not just for new glasses, but for their customer service. Their customer service should be examined by many companies, they would all learn how to run a company. I had a problem with the nose pads. The representative took my glasses and immediately installed new pads and then adjusted them on my face. I jokingly asked if he would replace the water pump in my engine! He replied that he didn’t have a shop and the tools to do it, he didn’t look at me and say “are you crazy!” As someone else would have said. I will always go to Warby Parker for my glasses as all of my family and friends do, I told them all to go there as I do tell many to do the same. Thank you to the folks at Lynnfield Warby Parker, Merry Xmas.
