  I was a first time patient very recently. Your first experience is the front. Which I hold dear to my heart because I work up front at an eye doctor place. Both assistants were beyond a 10. Very kind. My doctor listened to me actually listened to me. I am so happy I am under their care now

  THIS PLACE IS AMAZING READING THE COMMENTS BELOW CLEARLY PEOPLE DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT UNDERSTAFF AND OVERBOOKED AMERICA TRULY IS, THIS DEPT GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND AND TRIES EVERYTHING IN THERE POWER TO GET WHERE YOU NEED TO BE, IT DOES NOT MATTER ABOUT WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE YOU HAVE AND THE COMMENT BELOW WAS HIGHLY DISGUSTING (A WELFARE CASE?) THEY ARE AMAZING AND DR.DIZURA IS BLESSING TO MY LIFE THE AMOUNT OF CARE SHE HAS FOR HER PATIENTS, SHE HAS BEEN HOLDING MY HAND THROUGH THE HORRIBLE ASTHMA I HAVE. PAULA IS SO HELPFUL. I TRULY LOVE THE WOMEN THAT WORK IN THIS OFFICE WITH OUT THEM I TRULY DON'T KNOW WHERE I WOULD BE WITH MY BREATHING. AMERICA PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE BAD REVIEWS BECAUSE OF THE WAIT TIME.   This office is poorly run. On three occasions my husband was having breathing problems, could not book a sick visit and was told to go to his primary care physician. What is the point of having a pulmonary doctor if the doctor is too busy to see you when in need. Makes me think making money is the priority, not the quality of patient care. My husband was put on a monthly medication that had to be administered in a hospital setting. The office never called to see how he was doing nor could we book a follow up appointment once he had problems associated with the medication. I do not recommend this practice if you want continuity and quality of care.
