  I have been receiving cancer care at Lowell General cancer center since 1994, can not find the words of Thanks I have received such care and respect from every staff member that I have come in contact with helped me through cancer twice and know in remission from both it has been a great exsperence now after my visit today I don’t have to go back for six months Thank you all and God Bless you are all great

  More than impressed with my doctor and the staff. I know I'm in good hands. I am confident that I am in the right place getting the right care. When you feel like you are the only patient you know they really care.

  I have been using the Cancer center for 2 years. I have experience with the my oncologists, the radiation, infusion room, social worker services, in patient Oncology unit as well at Interventional Radiology, Cat Scan, MRI and PET. I feel very supported by all of these areas. My team has also been supportive of getting additional opinions from Boston on my cancer care. They also helped setup a surgery that couldn't be done locally to Boston. I especially appreciate the infusion center that try to give you the same nurse for most appointments, this helps with my overall comfort level. The social workers could not be better supporting both the paperwork aspect of my disability and the personal understanding of the the emotional situation.

  The outpatient care is great however beware if you need surgery. Lowell anesthesiologists are not in my network. I was billed for out of network services after the usual and customary cost. You. Have no idea what services are in network or out of network. They also outsource their emergency staff. Also out of network. Choose your cancer center wisely.
