She found the Doctor professional and courteous, however her new prescription is drastically different from her older one at the Target Optical in my town. While I expect vision changes due to advancing age, the pupillary distance was drastically different (11" difference!) as well as an Axis value missing for one eye, when a couple of years ago, it was 71 degrees! I suspect that because my Mother and son indicated that they would purchase the frames online, they were given an incorrect prescription so we would blame the online retailer. I realize many reviewers have given her five-star reviews so it feels odd to be that one disgruntled customer. Perhaps she treats certain customers differently? I don't know but this will be a waste of $95 since we're going to the Target closest to me for another eye exam.
