  I just left there and have to give a shout out to a new team member Erica who did my cleaning. She is pleasant and funny and even convinced me after 68 years to floss daily. Keep up the good work Erica!!

  I have been going to PVDA for years and am always satisfied with my experience. I especially love my hygienist, Kathy O’Connor Couceiro who is very skilled at what she does, along with being a caring and compassionate person. I highly recommend this dental office.

  Unprofessional. I was so excited when I found this dental group specializing in cosmetic dentistry because I have 16 crowns. When I went in for my first consult, the dentist told me he would contact my periodontist in order to develop a treatment plan for me. A month later, I called the office to learn that the periodontist was never contacted, but they wanted me in to start the treatment anyway. I asked if they could contact the periodontist ahead of my visit, so services were not being duplicated. Two days before the appointment, I called the office and found out that they still hadn't contacted the periodontist. Later that evening, I called to cancel the appointment seeing how unprofessional they were. It was well within their cancellation policy. They ended up billing me for the cancellation. I called to explain that I had left a message, but 3 months later, they are still billing me for the $25. If they can't even get billing and collateral contacts done correctly, I doubt they can handle serious dentistry.

  I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and experience of the dentists and staff at this office. Everyone is friendly and on top of their game. The staff is very thorough and take the time to answer questions. You'll never feel rushed or like a number. I really appreciate the extra effort they take to make sure you understand any necessary treatment. For me, they are first in their class!
