I decided to look around and see what they had to offer in their store while I was waiting for a family member to get an eye exam and glasses. I found a pair or glasses that fit perfectly, were light in weight (I have several pairs of Silhouettes), and decided to order a new pair while I was there. I am really excited to get my glasses and if I am not happy, I have 30 days to return them. In addition, their customer service (Longmeadow store) were absolutely fantastic. Very professional, helpful and easy to work with. I would not hesitate in going there for my exams and more glasses when I need them!

The lenses were fine but the frame needed repairing. I took them into Warby Parker, and April and Cheryl did a wonderful job in fixing the frame. They were so caring and attentive, I just want to thank them in every way possible. I cannot say enough about their service, and I cannot thank them enough! They are terrific.
